RETURNS
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you are able to return your purchased product to us within 365 days without incurring any processing fees. It is important to note that items returned within 365 days can only be refunded to the original payment method.
At Passionis we only accept returns on items purchased directly from the website. Returns must be received in a new, unused, resaleable condition. The product must be packaged in its original packaging with any protective coverings and product information intact. Passionis may charge an £11.00 restocking fee for domestic customers who use passionis' return shipping label. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
We do not accept returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered, and these will be sent back to the customer. In the event that you are returning an item as an exchange, our team will need to verify what product you wish to exchange your returned product for. We will contact you with details about the exchange as soon as we have processed your return package.
Returned items which were purchased as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Please contact support@passioniscollection.com as soon as possible if you find there is an issue with the product itself due to any defects in materials or craftsmanship. We may provide you with a replacement in the case of a damaged product.
Although items requiring repair may take up to four weeks to be processed, the repair process would generally not require this much time and would go much smoother.
